How It Works
We will start visiting your jobsites or facilities and observe your people in action. We like it when a supervisor and or a foreman walks with us, and then we coach your workers and supervision on what we discover.
If something is wrong, we point it out [politely] and recommend several ways to correct or adjust the issue to make it safe and compliant again.
If we see something that is good, then we tell them that we saw something good. Tell them they are doing a good job.
This builds trust and a good safety culture. Workers know we are there to help because we provide solutions for the issues we encounter.
We then have a customized report to fill out showing what we observed documented and send the report to the appropriate supervisors. The report has an accumulative score, and a lot of companies use this to gauge how the safety program is doing. Some companies have contests to see who can get the best scores or even award additional bonuses based on performance.
Our goal is that your personnel [workers, supervisors, foremen] know as much as we know about safety. It’s a progressive program where your employees are always learning and being coached.
